Sparkling like the sun, she is the point of attraction in the dance week. The former Prime Minister’s wife of the kingdom of Denmark is also the queen of dancing as Mrs. Secretary-general of NATO, and after a wonderful week at Club La Santa, the 51-year old Anne-Mette Rasmussen now intends to open up a ballroom in Brussels.

“I will teach NATO representatives and their wives a new solo dance form, which is similar to aerobics. It is called Ballroom Fitness and is developed by Elisabeth Dalsgaard, who has taught it to me at her dance school “Swingtime” in Copenhagen, says Anne-Mette Rasmussen in a break between classes in the dance week, where she is an instructor.

“It has yet again been a wonderful week at the fantastic Club La Santa, with a record number of participants for a dance week, 92. I am already looking forward to the next dance here at Lanzarote”, says Anne Mette, who lives at Avenue Louise in the heart of Brussels with the former Prime Minister of Denmark.

“He likes to ride his bike, Anders (Fogh Rasmussen), so maybe he will join me at Club La Santa some day”, ads a sun tanned Mrs. Rasmussen, who has become unrestrained in her dancing after participating in the Danish version of the TV-show in 2008.

“I now live life to the fullest…

It’s show time…
