| 13K Ridge Run Today the second race took place. There were a lot of people who participated yesterday as well. The weather was inconsistent, but Kenneth the Event Manager said: “here after the race, you get sun.” Kenneth also said: “A very important rule is safety, please be careful out there.” People were preparing their selves, some of the runners joined Joanne's (Entertainment manager) warming-up again at the Estadio. Yesterday's devils were replaced by almost naked knights. The 2 almost naked knights assisted Joanne with her warming-up session. The runners gathered around. Families, partners and friends were supporting their participants and it was lovely to see it. |

| At 10 o'clock in the morning the race started. It was a tough race because the runners had to run on both asphalt roads and dirt trails. Lanzarote is not only hot to run, but it has mountains as well and today the runners had to run uphill. Besides the difficult things, there were also very nice things like the view, the organization etc. So this race could be seen as beautiful challenge for the runners. |

| Today Anna Critchlow won again like yesterday. Today she finished in an impressing time of 00:50:02(GBR). Followed by Lucy Darcy(IRL) in 00:51:46. The third place went to Kathrin Schippmann(GER) she finished in 00:52:14. Today's male winner was different than yesterday. Today Eanna Cunnane(IRL) won the Ridge Run he finished in an amazing time of 00:43:19. Phil Kilgannon(IRL) was the second finisher, he finished the race in 00:43:54 The third place went to Jonas Brandsbjerg(DEN) 00:43:59. |

| After the race Kenneth was right about the weather. We got sun! Today´s female winner Anna Critchlow has been here already here 11 times and she has been participating many times. “Everyone is a little bit tired of yesterday.” She drinks energy drinks and tries to give all she can. “Going up the hills was the best part for here.” Another participant Jose-Antonio from Germany tries to give everything during the race. It's his first time here, “I will come back in January as well. This is my third day, but in my opinion everything is perfect, especially the organization.” |
