These weeks offer a fantastic opportunity to try something totally new and exciting, or improve the skills you already have with top European coaches. Not only are these sports a fun way to get fit, they improve overall body toning, increase cardiovascular fitness and offer a mental challenge as you master the art of out whitting your oponent.

 

 Boxing (DK)
February 3rd - 9th 2012
With Poul Duvill and Thomas Damgaard; you will learn how to skip, shadow box and hit on pads and sand sacks to improve your physical and mental strength, and self-confidence. 

 Fencing 
March 18th -29th 2012
Find your inner musketeer! Former Pentathlon World Champion, Pernille Svare will teach you fencing techniques, tactics and give you lots of battle practice. Free event!

 Kickboxing
June 1st - 6th 2012 
Master Cris Janson-Piers and Kerry-Louise Norbury teach and supervise the sessions, including a variety of kickboxing drills, technical skills and training aimed at all levels of ability.

September 21st - 26th 2012
This new week with Jonathan Woodhams and Q-Ell Bettom offers a unique opportunity to learn and/or improve kickboxing skills in the ring while also improving your fitness on the track.
