Correct training and analysis
Do you know how much and at which intensity to train at, to improve your endurance or speed? Do you know your optimal pulse rate to compete in a triathlon, marathon or bike race? If not - come and have a Run or Watt Bike test with a heart rate monitor at the Test Centre.
Have you ever learnt how to run correctly and do you know if your running style could be improved? Do you know which running shoes suit you best? We offer a professional running style analysis.

Injuries and re-habilitation
Have you been injured and would you like to know how to get going again? Do you have a pain somewhere when you exercise or would you like to know how to prevent injuries in the future?
Don't repeat your bad habits, get back on track; let our instructors, in conjunction with our Wellness Centre, give you some useful guidelines about injuries and re-habilitation.
