Do you want to know why all the diets you have tried, don't help you lose weight? Would you like to know exactly what to do right now, to lose weight permanently? Come to PLUS, and let us help you with a correct diet and weight loss.

Correct training and analysis
Have you ever learned about how to run correctly? Do you know if your running style could be improved? Do you know which running shoes suit you the best? If not: Get yourself a professional running style analysis at the PLUS Test Centre.
Do you know which intensity to train at, to improve your endurance? Do you know your optimal pulse rate to compete in a marathon or in a bike race? If not: Get yourself a run or bike test with a heart rate monitor at the PLUS Test Centre.

Do you have a lot of questions on how to get your training started, and would like somebody to follow it closely? Are you tired of training without knowing if you do the right things?
