Club La Santa can provide you with an extensive and professional training programme via e-mail which has been designed specifically for you.

Your Personal Trainer You will be in the hands of experts, who will follow you and your training via e-mail. Your PLUS trainer will be at your disposal with answers to your training questions, and if you have specific wishes, he will consult with his PLUS colleagues to ensure the optimum training instruction.
Tests You are encouraged to visit Club La Santa in order to be tested in either biking or running to find your training intensities. These tests and the following evaluation and consultation are included in the starter-package. If you cannot visit Club La Santa we will instruct you in how to complete a test in ”the field”. How to get started with the programme
Start by setting up a short-term goal, to give you something to aim for in the first month. Contact us and a qualified coach will design your unique training programme and follow you and your training at home via e-mail. You can try just this one month of training without buying any extra programmes.
