Triathlon, Run & Swim Camps

These training camps are designed to enable you to develop your personal skills and techniques within a one or two week period focusing on a particular sport. Both the event weeks and the training camps are aimed at different levels under the supervision of Europe's top athletes, coaches and specialists. 

 

 Long Distance Triathlon Camp
February 24th - March 8th & June 8th - 14th 2012
A great camp to prepare yourself for racing. The camp caters for abilities from novice to elite, and is also suitable for Olympic distance athletes looking to build their base training.

 Swim Camp 
16th - 22nd March, 1st - 7th June & 10th - 16th August 2012
Personal training will help you improve your technique and fitness; methods include filming you both on and in the water. Suitalbe for all levels.

 Beginners Triathlon Camp 
April 13th - 19th 2012
If you are interested in various distances of triathlon, this camp might be something for you. You will improve your technical knowledge of the sport whilst increasing your fitness.

 Ironman Lanzarote Pre-race Camp
May 11th – 18th 2012
Offering a fantastic opportunity to get yourself ready for racing, our coaches will be on hand to instruct and help you for the preparation during the last part of the taper period.

Open Water Swim Camp
September 14th - 20th 2012
Learn how you personally should sight, about breathing patterns, front crawl technique, wetsuit fitting and race tactics for both triathletes and those racing in open water competitions.

 IRONMAN 70.3 Lanzarote Training Camp
September 26th - October 4th 2012
A unique camp where you'll be coached by some of Europe’s best; given priceless race tips; take part in seminars covering all aspects of racing and train on parts of the race course.

 Intermediate Triathlon Camp  
November 30th - December 6th 2012
The camp is designed to help athletes carry on improving to the next level in their triathlon training, with coaching and lectures covering a range of abilities with heart rate tests.

 Marathon Running Camp   
January 11th - 17th 2013
Stephan Vuckovic, Ron Hill and Phil Price will guide and train you through technical work and track sessions combined with long distance running over the undulating terrain of Lanzarote.

 Women's only Triathlon Camp
January 25th - 31st 2013
Tanja Slater gives you the opportunity to kick start your winter training in preparation for the 2011 race season or even introduce you to the sport of triathlon.

 Spring Triathlon Camp
February 1st - 7th 2013
Aimed at triathletes working towards various distances, this structured training camp aims to work with each person individually giving them the best advice and training.
