The Ciudad de Arrecife Lanzarote Marathon Wheelchair category is sponsored by Martin Martin Arquitectos

Martin Martin Arquitectos sponsors the wheelchair category with prize money: 500 € to the first Marathon finisher, 300 € to the second and 200 € to the third wheelchair athlete who will cross the finish line next Sunday 29th of November, withing the 20th edition of this Lanzarote Marathon.

The 6 athletes are:
- Rafa Botello Jiménez, ESP
- Stéphane Rouyer, FRA
- Jorge Navarro, ESP
- Alain Fuertes Alduncin, ESP
- Jerry Forde, IRE
These 5 will run the full 42,195K distance, whereas the 6th athlete will race the 1/4 Marathon in the race wheelchair he received from German triathlete Frank Groner, through the charity TRi W.W.W. (more info www.triwww.com)
