With running tracks, three 50m pools, a lovely saltwater lagoon for open-water swimming and a large Bike Centre, Club La Santa provides you the ultimate triathlon training experience. And that’s just inside the resort. Club La Santa’s surroundings offer some exciting running routes and great asphalt roads perfect for road cycling.

Many of our Green Team instructors are triathletes themselves and have competed in both IRONMAN and 70.3 competitions. They’re there to help and can give personal and professional insights and advice for your training and preparation. The Sports Performance Studio has several options to help you improve your technique, all tailored to your level and needs.

  • Bike fit and pedal stroke analysis, to help you achieve optimal comfort and maximise your performance on the bike.
  • Swimming video analysis, to check and optimise your body rotation, breathing and swimming style.
  • Running style analysis, to improve your running technique to reduce the risk of injuries, and to help you have a better running experience.

Take part in weekly smaller triathlon and duathlon races. They’re free and open to everyone, so why not make the most of your holiday and test your fitness?
