Yoga is becoming more and more popular - and Club La Santa is no exception. Listening to tones of soft music, overlooking the volcanoes and the ocean, you are guided by our talented instructors in the various exercises and classic yoga poses. We offer three types of yoga, which you can read more about below.

Hatha Yoga is one of the main yoga disciplines. At a quiet pace you work with the classic yoga poses. You use your breathing and your awareness to improve posture and flexibility, as well as reducing stress and calmness of your mind.
Yoga Flow is a more intense yoga than Hatha yoga, in that you are continuously flowing from one body position and yoga pose to another. Therefore, Yoga Flow is harder than Hatha yoga.
Aerial Yoga is a combination of Yoga principles and circus-fit. The training takes place in hammocks with both strength and flexibility training. Aerial Yoga gives the ability to defy gravity and hover in different poses. The class ends with a short relaxation in the hammock.
Rise & Shine
Rise & Shine is designed to awaken your body and mind, and prepare you for the day ahead. You are going on a journey where you go from being completely relaxed, to feeling fully energised.
Stretch & Relax
Stretch & Relax makes you more flexible and leaves you totally relaxed. We carry out a series of stretching exercises where flexibility, inner calm and breathing is the focus. The large muscle areas of the body are stretched through bit by bit. The class finishes with a short relaxation session.
Release & Unwind
Release & Unwind gives you the opportunity to work in depth with sore and tired muscles. Foam rollers and tennis balls are used. The use of these remedies ensures that with simple techniques you can massage your muscles simply and safely. Relax the tense muscles you have acquired during the day, and prepare for the next day.
