The Power week is aimed at everybody whether you are young, old, alone or with your family. Its for everybody who wants to enjoy week under the sun in an active environment and return home with lots of new energy and tools to continue the active lifestyle.
The programme consists of: Flat stomach forever, Buns of steel, Meditation, Spinning, Out door cycling, Running, Total Body Control, Body Pump, Body Flow, Stress off, Zumba and other things.
There may be a limited amount of spaces for some of the classes, why you for those classes will have to register after arrival (Spinning, Outdoor cycling etc.).
You will see in the entry form you also have to inform which bike size you want. If you dont want to join the bike tours, please make a note in the comment box below. Click here to find the correct size.
