Trampoline Fitness

 

Our Trampoline Fitness classes provide a great cardio workout without excess stress on the heart, muscles or on any joints while working the lymphatic system which is suitable for all levels of fitness.

It is a dynamic fitness training system, conducted on specially developed trampolines. The basis of Jumping is a combination of fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints and power elements in combination with balancing elements for perfect cardio training. 

 

They are fun and a great de-stresser

 

Achieve great results through this low impact and fat burning exercise while also improving your balance and coordination. The workout consists of moves from many different workout activities and also incorporates some moves that can only be done on a trampoline.

Conditions for swimming training at Club La Santa are sublime. We have three 50 metre heated swimming pools with a total of 24 lanes. We offer a complete programme of swimming instructions and training sessions throughout the week for all abilities and ages (5 years +)
