Personal instruction in zumba® and fitness dance
Is it difficult to follow the choreography in zumba® or another fitness dance, and to get your arms and legs to follow the rhythm? Then hire a personal instructor who can help you and get you to a higher level, teaching you many inspiring exercises, making you sweat, jump and dance and enjoy the rhythm.
