Bike Week w/ Dennis Ritter & Emil Vinjebo

December 14th - 20th 2018

Do you want an exciting, challenging, fun-packed and active holiday with a lot of bike riding and plenty of interesting stories from the world of professional cycling? Then this Bike Week is for you.

Training

Commentator Dennis Ritter (the voice of cycling in Denmark for more than a decade) and the upcoming Danish star, Emil Vinjebo, are looking forward to welcoming you.

The Bike Week will keep you challenged for a week of amazing riding in varying distances, challenging climbs, great climate plus some interesting talks, in which Emil and Dennis will share the stories and experiences from altogether more than a generation in World Tour cycling.

During the week, you can test your legs and push yourself on the steep climb to Femés and on the long and beautiful climb to Tabayesco. There will be sandwiches and refreshments on the long rides and at the end of the week you will have cycled between 500-600km. There will be a couple of lectures with Emil & Dennis, and a nice group dinner at the end of the camp.

The week caters for all levels, but it is recommended for you to be able to ride a minimum of 3-5 hours daily at around 24–30+ km/h. People, who haven’t been training at all during summer and fall will probably find it difficult to keep the pace. You can find the provisional programme on our website.

Its law in Spain to ride with a helmet.

Please note that in order to ride with the group, you must have a road bike or at least make sure to remove your tri-bars from your bike, as its dangerous for group riding.
