How do you keep motivation high and keep wanting to go out biking when the weather conditions aren’t perfect (winter in the north)? We help you keep your motivation for the daily training and help you make a plan that fits perfectly into your daily life, so it gives space for work, family and training.
We will focus on having a good time on the bike rather than simply accumulate hours of training. This is one of the mistakes made in the season from October to December, fully focusing on training and motivation until Christmas; many forget that the winter continues until March, so training can become incredibly long and tiring.
We will practice some technique and get great experiences on the bike - Everything else will follow automatically.
They week is for everybody, as long as you are used to biking between 2-6 hours. There will be days with shorter routes and days with longer routes, where we will have a car following with sandwiches, fruit and refreshments. We will, if necessary divide into groups, so that there is a group for everyone. One afternoon we will have a talk about mechanics, technique and other bike related subjects. The week ends with a dinner in one of our restaurants.
