1st - 7th April 2016 Want to know how you can optimize your training, without compromising with your daily life? Learn to train like the pros and understand how and why the best do what they do. This camp will be for all levels from beginner to advanced.
Coaching will be based on each individual’s own level in a professional and fun way with focus on running technique, video analysis, intervals and strength training, mental training and lectures. Our goal is to create passion and inspire participants to continue training in a focused way, adjusted for each individual’s level and understanding.
During the camp you will receive individual video feedback of your technique and and be given areas to focus on and we will demonstrate how to achieve improved running economy. We will take a day trip, running in Lanzarote’s impressive landscape, followed by lunch at the beach. We will include exercises to prevent injury, a strength training programme and a lecture regarding optimal training and nutrition before, during and after your run.

Saturday 09.00-11.30 Video analysis and technique 20.00-21.00 Exercise Physiology Lecture (How to train right, do’s and don’ts)
Sunday 08.30-10.00 Hill session 16.00-17.15 Run (technique)
Monday 08.00-14.30 Trip out in the landscape, a long scenic run, with lunch afterwards
Tuesday 08.30-10.00 Run + Core/TRX (meet at the track) 16.00-17.30 Test with video analysis (focus on individual goals/technique)
Christian Pilegaard is MSc in Sport & Science. Former fitness coach for FC Copenhagen (School of Excellence) which includes some of Denmark’s best football players. Christian has worked on projects with Team Denmark, Denmark’s organisation for elite athletes.
Andreas Tikkanen is a specialist in running technique and has plenty of experience from the #1 running specialist store in Denmark, ”Løberen”. Andreas is one of the top of Danish 1500m runners and has won several national Championships on longer distances. Michael Schmidt is the Danish 1500m Champion (indoor) and is on the national team. Michael is educated in Diet and Nutrition with focus on physical activity.
The price is 120€ for the week, including all activities in the programme, a t-shirt and the celebratory dinner.
Places are limited, early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment. Please note that the camp is restricted to guests staying at Club La Santa.
From time to time, there are not enough participants in an event to ensure that everyone can enjoy a good experience, in which case we reserve the right to cancel. This happens rarely and should this occur you would be refunded the full amount.
