8th - 14th March 2019 The Walking Adventure Week offers a wide range of interesting and varied walks around one of the most fascinating volcanic islands in the world, Lanzarote. The tours stretching from Risco de Famara in the north to Yaiza in the south, and from Club La Santa in the west to the coast in the east.
Walking is a very good exercise for the body. You improve your endurance and strength when walking uphill, while the movements downhill and on uneven terrain can help to improve coordination and balance training.
One day we will take a MTB and go exploring the nearby village of Famara - suitable for beginners. People who have never tried to go mountain biking will have a great debut.
Discover the body thrives blazing in the fresh air, surrounded by Lanzarote's unique scenery. Your thoughts can run free, you will be happy and have more energy.
Please remember to bring the following:
Bike shorts for the bike ride
Sun hat and sunscreen
A solid rucksack with room for lots of water
Lunch or snacks and swimwear
Bring your own food and snacks for the trips
Testimonials from former participants
"Lisbeth was a brilliant guide, full of energy and enthusiasm. She worked hard to ensure every individual’s well-being at all times and that all arrangements ran like clockwork. She put lots of extra time and effort into the week and the group, joining us in the spa and organizing group meals on the last day. Lisbeth is very knowledgeable about the flora, fauna and local farming of Lanzarote as well as Club La Santa and I learnt lots of useful, interesting things from her." Amy Louvre, March 2017
