Walking is a very good exercise for the body. You improve your endurance and strength when walking uphill, while the movements downhill and on uneven terrain can help to improve coordination and balance training.
One day we will take a MTB and go exploring the nearby village of Famara - suitable for beginners. People who have never tried to go mountain biking will have a great debut.

- Non-slip shoes
- Windproof jacket
- Bike shorts for the bike ride
- Sun hat and sunscreen
- A solid rucksack with room for lots of water
- Lunch or snacks and swimwear
- Bring your own food and snacks for the trips
