On a fitness holiday you can enjoy free use of our modern Fitness Centre, with a wide range of equipment from Precor and TechoGym.
There are machines available to train all muscle groups. You can work with your own body weight, with free weights, as well as on numerous modern machines. Furthermore, we have various fitness machines available, including bikes, stair climbers, treadmills and rowing machines.
After a good workout, stretching is also possible in our stretching area with foam rollers, wobble board, Thera-bands and other equipment.
The Green Team instructors in the Fitness Centre are always ready to guide you in how to operate the machines, so you get the most out of your workout.

We offer personal training and programme planning with one of our qualified instructors, where you have a programme designed according to your needs.
We also offer a Weight & Body Composition analysis using the Tanitabodyanalysis scales to have yourweight,bodyfat, muscle mass, fat freebodymass, basal metabolic rate plus more. This can be booked in sports booking and lasts around 10 minutes

Activities & Challenges
Rowing machine challenge: Row to win or just for fun. You will row against a direct challenge and it is possible for you and others to follow the contest via a TV screen in front of you. Once a week.

We offer training and classes in groups, where an instructor gives you both the knowledge and motivation to do your best.
Introduction to Fitness
If you have no knowledge in fitness, our "introduction to Fitness" is the right thing for you. We show you how a fitness center works, and supply you with a back training programme.
Easy Line circuit training
Every day we offer the popular "Easy Line circuit training" also called "senior circuit training", which is for anyone who wants to combine strength training with cardio. We use Easy Line equipment. (minimum age 50).
For those who enjoy weight lifting, there are weights in the fitness centre, where you can optimise your technique. For barbell lifting and Olympic lifts, we have a state-of-the-art outside CrossFit area near the South pools.
Group activities with fitness
Club La Santa has a large and very popular group programme with fitness through aerobics and functional training.
