Coaching will be based on each individual’s own level in a professional and fun way with focus on running technique, video analysis, intervals and strength training, mental training and lectures. Our goal is to create passion and inspire participants to continue training in a focused way, adjusted for each individual’s level and understanding.
During the camp you will receive individual video feedback of your technique and and be given areas to focus on and we will demonstrate how to achieve improved running economy. We will take a day trip, running in Lanzarote’s impressive landscape, followed by lunch at the beach. We will include exercises to prevent injury, a strength training programme and a lecture regarding optimal training and nutrition before, during and after your run.
