Find your inner musketeer, get rid of your aggression, get in shape and learn how to be 100% ”there”. Come along and try something new with former Modern Pentathlon World Champion, Pernille Svarre. This week is for everyone from 14 years of age upwards, who wants to learn some new skills or just for the personal challenge.

Training


During the week you will test yourself both mentally and physically. Fencing is psychological warfare on the highest level, not only against your opponent but also against yourself. You will be taught technique, tactics and lots of battle practice. Physically, you will train your legs, abdominals and back, while learning the art of coordinating your arms with your legs in various stances which of course, is very important.
