This camp would be for an intermediate level or above mountain biker as we cover both distance and more technical trails and climbs.
Through the week the routes will cover large part of the island to explore the stunning volcano views and landscapes that will challenge you. We will divide into different groups of level and speed to get the best experience from the week. On the longer rides we stop for refreshments and sandwiches.
We will have hill climb TT race plus a ride starting south of the island, where we go in a bus out to the starting point.
During the camp we will have a talk about stretching, rehabilitation and nutrition to fuel for longer rides and/or races. There is a lunch and dinner included at one of our restaurants and a 30 min. massage in our wellness center.
