Training
During the week, Robbi will take you through a variety of workouts every day, each designed to challenge and develop your fitness and ability. These will include TRX, functional patterns, high intensity interval training, plyometric, core stability and more. Robbi will be on hand to discuss your personal fitness goals, and provide nutritional information and advice. Following your week at Club La Santa, you will have the option to continue your training with Robbi using on line support.
The week is open to everyone from fitness novices to experienced athletes. No matter what your background or future goals Robbi will ensure that you are catered for and challenged effectively.
The final programme will be explained in details and handed out at the welcome meeting. The week challenges everybody whether you are a top athlete or just training to stay fit.
