har arbejdet i fitnessbranchen i næsten 20 år som personlig træner, gruppetræningsinstruktør samt pilates og yogalærer. Hun har også en grad i sportsterapi, der giver hende en grundig viden om anatomi, fysiologi og sportsskader, som hun anvender på alle sine klasser. Hun har arbejdet på Club La Santa i over 14 år og kørt pilates uger siden 2016. I løbet af den tid har hun leveret tusindvis af klasser fra Stretch til BodyCombat ™, Yoga til Zumba®, Pilates til Step og meget mere.
