In which sport would you like to improve your skills?

Apart from the 500+ free sports activities we offer every week, you also have the unique opportunity to book a personal instruction with one of our highly qualified sports instructors. A personal instruction focuses on you and your performance in your chosen sport. Together with your instructor, you decide your goals for the session so the exercises can be tailored to your specific needs.

Swimming

Improve you swimming technique and get faster in the water with a personal instruction with one of our qualified and experienced swimming instructors. We offer instructions in all four strokes and for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced.

1 person 25 minutes: 25€ (+ 5€ per extra person)

1 person 55 minutes: 40€ (+ 10€ per extra person)

Water sports

Do you want to learn the basics, improve your skills on the water or master some cool tricks? If so, try a personal instruction in windsurfing, SUP or kayaking with one of our fun, skillful water sports instructors.

Road Bike & Mountain Bike

Our skilled guides from the Bike Centre are ready to take you on a private bike tour around the island or help you refine your biking technique.

Additionally, if you want some tips and tricks for maintaining your bike, our experienced bike mechanics are here to help.

Golf

Are you new to golf and looking to learn the basics? Perhaps you want to improve your swing and handicap? Whatever your goal, our golf professional is here to help.

We can even use the latest TrackMan technology, to video and analyse your swing to help you boost your performance (subject to availablilty).

Racket sports

Whether you are just starting out and want to learn the basics, looking for fresh ideas and inspiration or just need a little extra motivation, a Personal Fitness Instruction with one of our expert trainers could be just what you need.

Fitness Programmes

Basic Fitness Programme

Book one of our Green Team Fitness Instructors to personalise a general fitness programme for you. This basic programme is aimed at beginners and intermediates to use for 1-4 weeks.

The package consists of:

  • 30-minute consultation with a Fitness Instructor
  • 55-minute follow-up to run through the programme

Price

1 person: 99€

(The two sessions need to be booked on two separate days to allow time to prepare the programme)

Tailored Fitness Programme

Book one of our Green Team Fitness Instructors to personalise a specific fitness programme for you that can be structured to suit your unique needs and goals. This bespoke programme is aimed at intermediates to advanced and can be designed to last up to 12 weeks.

The package consists of:

  • 30-minute consultation with a Fitness Instructor
  • 55-minute follow-up to run through the programme

Price

1 person: 149€

The two sessions need to be booked on two separate days to allow time to prepare the programme
