Our creative team positions Club La Santa internally and externally as a world-class sports resort for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. This dynamic team gathers marketing, graphic design and social media professionals who create materials to promote the resort, its activities, events, and races in four languages.   

As you can imagine, a world-class sports and active holiday resort wouldn't be complete without specialist professional instructors. Our sports department strives to deliver memorable experiences, promote a healthy lifestyle, and help our guests get the most out of our facilities. Sports department positions are based all over the resort consisting of the Green Team instructors, wellness, themed weeks organisers, guides, and entertainment teams.

With up to 1600 clients daily, we play a crucial role in ensuring the operations of Club La Santa run smoothly, providing the best possible experience for our clients. Hotel operations consists of receptionists, housekeeping, and technical service teams, as well as groups and reservations departments.  

We are responsible for managing the financial aspects, ensuring up-to-date compliance and efficient administrative processes at Club La Santa. Our teams include administration, purchasing and finance professionals.  

We are instrumental in the attracting, professionally developing and retaining a talented workforce. We are focused on the well-being of both the employees and the organisation itself. Our team is made up of training, development, and recruitment professionals. 

Club La Santa offers its guests exceptional dining experiences and warm hospitality at four different restaurants with a professional team of servers, chefs, bartenders, and kitchen assistants. 

We drive revenue through business development, guest relationship management and thorough knowledge of Club La Santa's facilities and services. We pride ourselves in offering an excellent service and help each caller create the best holiday experience for their needs.

We manage and maintain the technology infrastructure to ensure that both our internal and external systems operate smoothly. Our team consists of IT specialists, 1st line and 2nd line support professionals.

We conduct regular maintenance on all our facilities, ensuring they are in top condition whilst developing new projects in line with current trends and strategic innovation. Our work takes us all over the resort and our team includes technical, service and maintenance professionals.
