At Club La Santa you will find the perfect settings for your CrossFit training. The brand-new CrossFit area is fully equipped with sandbags, kettlebells, wallballs, slamballs, barbells, dumbbells, weight plates, plyo boxes, bars, rings, ropes, rowers, bike ergs and much more. Work out on your own or join one of our many classes. Our experienced CrossFit coaches run daily classes for complete beginners to experienced athletes all under the sunny blue skies of Lanzarote.
Introduction to CrossFit - This class introduces 1 of the 9 foundation movements of CrossFit and finish with a short workout involving some of the movements learned in the class.
CrossFit Conditioning - This class involves a longer CrossFit workout that is adaptable to all fitness and skill levels.
CrossFit Experienced - Only for people with experience in CrossFit. You will be expected to know the movements without having to be taught.
CrossFit 10-15 - A beginner's class for teenagers to try CrossFit methodologies. All the movements and techniques will be taught in the class to ensure everyone is safe.
Improve and perfect your training

With three 50m pools, a 400m running track, a Bar Park, a fully equipped gym, an outdoor CrossFit Area and a lagoon, you can create your own mini CrossFit Games and improve your fitness level.
CrossFit is a sport that involves risks when the movements are not performed with correct technique. If you are new to CrossFit or want to go over the basics, join one of our taster classes or book a personal instruction with one of our CrossFit coaches.
