Everyone loves Club La Santa’s morning gymnastics, no matter their age. For some it’ll be the first time, and for others it’s a long-established tradition that’s not to be missed. Start your day on the right foot with an uplifting morning exercise session in the company of other happy guests.

Morning gym lasts about 20 minutes, and after you can choose what to do with your day- go to the stadium for a run or a walk around the lagoon, for a bike ride or whatever you want.

Deep water aqua

Deep water aqua You will be equipped with a belt and a set of floating dumbbells for this fun fitness class. This class is a great no impact cardio and strength activity for all levels.

Ballroom dancing

Ballroom dancing Ballroom dancing will teach you to cha cha cha, jive, waltz, samba and more whilst having a fun effective workout. This is all done to the latest and most popular music without a partner.

Barefoot fitness

Barefoot fitness This classes focuses on strengthening and mobilizing the feet and ankles. It involves functional exercises using only your bodyweight.

Body toning

Body toning This full body workout will strengthen and tone your entire body. You may use barbells, weight plates, resistance bands and/or step benches depending on the instructor’s choice.


Fitball Total body training using large fitballs that will challenge your balance and core stability to the max. This functional workout is a great way to improve posture and alignment.

Hula hoop

Hula hoop A fun class that challenges your ability to keep your Hula Hoop spinning while performing basic, functional exercises.


Hiit A high-intensity interval training class which involves intense bursts of high-intensity exercises followed by varied periods of low-intensity active rest, or complete rest.

Fitness football

Fitness football Be a part of a 50 minute hard but fun cardio and strength workout with a football. The instruction is for everybody even if you have never played football before.

Sup fitness

Sup fitness You will perform a variety of strength and balance exercises on a Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) board. It is an unstable platform that acts as a balance trainer and increases the intensity and difficulty of every exercise.

Aerial fitness

Aerial fitness Conditioning and flexibility exercises using the hammocks and the floor. First, join an introduction class then you are ready for a faster pace and more challenging exercises.

Aqua jogging Aqua Jogging is very effective for injury rehabilitation and for non-impact cross training. Our introduction class focuses on technique and injury prevention, whilst getting a good workout.

Fitness reformer Using the reformer machines, you will combine dynamic, functional movements to create a full body workout that will work with strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.


Liit A low-impact interval training class which involves a full body workout that raises your heart rate but without the impact on your joints.

Recover faster

Recover faster This class focus on both static and dynamic stretching which is split into two sections: lower body and upper body, specifically using different exercises to aid recovery.

Fascial training

Fascial training In this class we will work with the connective tissue in the body – our fascia. Through mobility exercises, dynamic wide movements, rebound elasticity, multi-dimensional/functional movements and finally fascial release we will create a healthy fascia
