You don´t need to be a world champion to join in, there is something for everyone, and you can set your own pace.
Club La Santa has developed several exciting and fun activities designed for seniors or people in their “prime”, including Senior Circuits, Senior Core and Senior Swim. Our weekly programme also many general activities suitable for everyone such as Pilates, Zumba, Yoga, Ballroom and much more. We also organise senior theme weeks, such as Senior Bike Week and “Strictly Come Dancing” Week.
