This class is designed to improve flexibility and leave you feeling totally relaxed. You will perform a series of stretches followed by a relaxation section at the end.
You will lie suspended in the aerial hammocks and be guided into a deep state of both physical and mental relaxation. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready for new adventures.
Mobility, all levels
Mobility is the ability of a joint to move freely and easily through its full range of movement.
A very peaceful way to start your day with a guided meditation either sitting up or lying down. You will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and filled up with good energy for your day.
