We have created My Club La Santa, which allows you to create an account to use the Club La Santa booking App and will give you access to many other things in the future. This account can be reused for future stays at the resort. We will send an invite to create your My Club La Santa account 1 week prior to your arrival at the resort.
If you didn't provide an email at the time of booking or you do not want to create a My Club La Santa account, we encourage you to go to Sports Booking after check-in to get your login. You will be able to scan a QR code to login or provide your email address to create a My Club La Santa account.
Booking activities is only possible for guests that have done the check-in at Reception.

- If you scanned the QR code and you can't log in again, please go to Sports Booking to re-scan the code or create a My Club La Santa account.
Your account data will be stored at a secure cloud server provided by Microsoft Azure. We will keep your data until you ask us to delete it. You can at any time ask to have your account deleted by filling out this form and forward it to Club La Santa at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. When you book activities through the app or at Sports Booking in Club La Santa, your activity data will be stored for one month for any enquiry you might have, and for statistical purposes to be able to plan activities in line with guest expectations. After two months we anonymize your data, and only keep the anonymized activity data for statistical purposes.
