Individual or group delegate reservations are handled by our central reservation system. We offer a range of accommodation to suit all group sizes, requirements and budget, including our new luxury suites.
Airport transfers can be arranged to suit, either by taxi, coach or minibus. We also have an on-site Rent-a-Car service and offer various excursions to cultural and entertainment centres around the island, should you wish to build this into your programme. Please ask in advance if you would like to arrange a private tour.
Our Conference Centre is fully equipped with WIFI, telephone lines and data cables. In addition, there are numerous WIFI hotspots all around the resort, with connections in all of our suites and apartments.
Audio-visual and other equipment
We provide, free of charge, all of the aids and equipment that you will need: Projector, screen, television, microphone, mobile flipchart, whiteboard, basic stationary and water. We can also offer translation headsets on request. All room configurations have sound insulation and speaker systems installed. A photocopier and printer are also available for use.
The resort offers four different restaurants in addition to a specialised catering service available for our Conference delegates. Choose from one of our Coffee Break Options when booking our Business Conference Centre, which includes basic stationary and water. You are also welcome to arrange breakfast, half or full board options when booking your accommodation.
Each room configuration comes with total privacy and lockable doors. Large private storage boxes ensure that your equipment is safe should you wish to leave it in the centre.
Our Groups department and IT technicians are on hand to assist you with your needs as and when they arise.
Flexibility and Comfort
Our Business Conference Centre has flexible room configurations, with a range of possibilities and layouts depending on the requirements and size of your group. The built in air conditioning will ensure your comfort all year round.
If your group does not require the latest, state-of-the-art facilities and you are looking for something more informal, our original Conference Centre provides the space, comfort and flexible options for those more casual meetings, physiotherapy demonstrations, sporadic team talks or planning sessions. Ask our Groups department for the best option to suit your needs.
